You own your work. Your ideas, your data, and everything solvee produces are yours. We do not sell it, and we do not train AI on it.

Cancel anytime. If solvee is not the right fit, there is a 30-day refund.
solvee is a strategic partner, not a lawyer or accountant. Its output can be wrong, so validate anything important before you rely on it.
We give you notice. We email you at least 14 days before any meaningful change to these terms.
You are agreeing with Solverium OÜ, the company that runs solvee, registered in Estonia. You need to be 18 or older to use solvee. These terms are governed by Estonian law.
solvee helps you think and act strategically about your business. It is not a lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor, and its output is not regulated professional advice. For legal, tax, or financial decisions, check with a qualified professional and apply your own judgment.
You can try solvee for free. The free part stays free, and we never charge you without a clear, explicit choice to upgrade. No hidden auto-billing.
Paid plans are priced in US dollars and billed through Stripe, which adjusts to your local currency at checkout. If you joined at an early-access rate, that rate stays locked for you as long as your subscription stays active.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No calls, no retention games. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and if solvee is not the right fit, there is a 30-day refund.
Sharing an account with your co-founders is fine. Keep your login secure, since you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your ideas, your data, and everything solvee produces belong to you. We take only the limited permission we need to run the service for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not train AI on it. We use your name or story publicly only with your consent.
If you use solvee through an accelerator or partner program, a separate Partner Agreement and Founder Data Charter also apply. They set out who can see what, so your program director sees only what was agreed.
solvee is provided as is. AI output can be inaccurate, so validate anything important before you act on it. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 6 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses. If something goes wrong, talk to us first at legal@solvee.app. Most things get sorted in one email. Anything unresolved is handled by the Estonian courts in Tallinn.
If we make a meaningful change, we email you first, at least 14 days before it takes effect. If a change does not work for you, you can cancel before it applies.
